INDIAN MARKETS:

On September 02, At the close, the Sensex increased by 194.07 points or 0.24% to 82,559.84, while the Nifty rose by 42.80 points or 0.17% to 25,278.70.

US MARKETS:

The US markets were shut on Monday on account of Labor Day

ASIAN MARKETS:

The Topix rose by 0.78%, and the Nikkei increased by 0.54%. Meanwhile, Taiwan's index declined by 0.14%, and the Kospi edged up by 0.09%.

OIL & GAS UPDATES:
US West Texas increased by 0.57%, while Brent Crude decreased by 0.32%.

KEY STOCKS TO WATCH:

Adani Green Energy: The board has approved a $444 million investment from TotalEnergies to form a 50:50 joint venture with Adani Green Energy, which will manage a 1,150 MWac portfolio.

Hindustan Aeronautics: The government has approved the procurement of 240 aero-engines for the Su-30MKI aircraft from the company at a cost of over Rs 26,000 crore.

Gensol Engineering: Gensol and Matrix Gas & Renewables won the bid for a Rs 164 crore bio-hydrogen project that will convert 25 tons of bio-waste into 1 ton of hydrogen per day.

Lemon Tree Hotels: The company has signed a deal for an 80-room hotel in Gir, Gujarat, managed by its subsidiary Carnation Hotels, set to open in FY30.

Welspun Corp: The board approved a $100 million investment in its US subsidiary for upgrading pipe manufacturing and coating capabilities.

Hindustan Composites: The company will acquire 1.5 lakh equity shares of Swiggy by investing Rs 5.175 crore.

Indian Energy Exchange: The company's subsidiary, ICX, has entered into an agreement with international partners to issue Renewable Energy Certificates in India.
