INDIAN MARKETS:

On November 18, At close, the Sensex was down 241 points or 0.3 percent at 77,339, and the Nifty was down 79 points at 23,454.

US MARKETS:

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 55.39 points, or 0.13%, to 43,389.60, the S&P 500 gained 23.00 points, or 0.39%, to 5,893.62 and the Nasdaq Composite gained 111.69 points, or 0.60%, to 18,791.81

ASIAN MARKETS:

The previous close saw the Topix increased by 0.15%, the Nikkei increased by 0.24%, and the Kospi increased by 0.12%.

OIL & GAS UPDATES:
US West Texas Crude decreased by 0.12%.  Brent Crude decreased by 0.10%.

KEY QUARTERLY EARNINGS:

Waaree Energies Q2 (YoY Consolidated): 

Profit up 14.7% at Rs 361.6 crore vs Rs 315.1 crore, revenue up 1% at Rs 3,574.4 crore vs Rs 3,537.3 crore.

Godavari Biorefineries Q2 (YoY Consolidated): 

Loss widens to Rs 75 crore vs Rs 65.1 crore, revenue up 34.1% at Rs 321 crore vs Rs 239.3 crore.

KEY STOCKS TO WATCH:

PG Electroplast: 

Subsidiary PG Technoplast has partnered exclusively with Spiro Mobility to manufacture Spiro's electric vehicles in India.

ITI: 

Secured a Rs 95 crore contract from the Uttarakhand government for the mining digital transformation and surveillance system project.

Themis Medicare: 

Gujarat Themis Biosyn to merge with Themis Medicare, pending approvals. Shareholders will receive 118 shares of Themis Medicare for every 100 shares of Gujarat Themis Biosyn.

AstraZeneca Pharma: 

Set to launch Breztri Aerosphere in India in January 2025 for managing COPD symptoms and exacerbations.
