Choose a predefined Basic or Premium research service. The selected subscription confirmation defines the Research Credit allocation, service period and applicable service features.
Receive official research recommendations through the Streetgains app and SMS. Track the remaining Research Credits and the separate service-period end date in your account.
Premium plans provide a larger Research Credit allocation and may support a higher number of research calls, subject to market conditions and research availability.
Eligible Premium subscriptions may allow specified service modifications and a limited Voluntary Research Call Hold without confusing a hold with cancellation or termination.
Premium subscribers receive eligible priority support for service-related queries while official research-call delivery remains through controlled channels.

Research-call capacity is a service ceiling, not a commitment to issue a fixed number of calls. Market conditions may result in fewer or no research calls on a given day.
A Research Credit is an internal service-usage unit used to account for eligible research calls under the selected plan. It is not cash, stored value, a wallet balance, an investment, or a promise of profit/return. A credit is debited only in accordance with the plan’s documented credit-debit criterion.
Where the service applies a performance-linked credit debit rule, the rule determines only whether a Research Credit is consumed. If a research call closes at its stated stop-loss without meeting the applicable credit-debit criterion, no Research Credit is debited. This rule is not an accuracy claim and does not represent the client’s actual trading P&L, which may vary because of execution price, slippage, quantity, brokerage, taxes and other costs.
The Service Period is the contractual time window stated in the Client Acceptance / subscription confirmation during which the selected research service may be delivered. Under Streetgains policy, a single subscription service period will not exceed 12 months. A renewal is a separate continuation/renewal event subject to applicable consent, fee limits and regulatory requirements.
A Research credit balance can be exhausted within the Service tenure (maximum 12 months under the premium service category).
An approved Voluntary Research Call Hold pauses eligible research-call delivery and Research Credit consumption for the approved hold period. It is not cancellation, termination or service closure. The contractual Service Period continues to run, and its scheduled end date is not extended because the hold facility is used. The service automatically resumes after the approved hold period.
A request to cancel, discontinue or close a research service is handled in accordance with the Streetgains Research Policy and the applicable Client Acceptance / service terms. A Voluntary Research Call Hold is a separate service feature and is not treated as cancellation or service closure.
