Refund Policy
  1. All Sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions that have already been taken.
  2. Profit and loss of the services are to be totally borne by the client.
  3. Always remember Trading/Investment in Securities Markets are always subjected to Market Risk.
  4. We request you to go through our website and read about the Disclaimer, Disclosure, and other terms before subscribing to our services.
  5. By subscribing to our services, it is acknowledged that the client has read and understood the refund policy.
  6. Any request by the client to cancel subscriptions or get a refund will NOT be accepted in any case.

      It is also to be noted that subscriptions may be cancelled with no refunds in case of the following events

  • Fraudulent activities including but are not limited to: copying our content, sharing login details with other parties except yourself and reselling the research content. 
  • Verbal disrespect towards employees of Streetgains or its associates. 
  • Any activities deemed as inappropriate by Streetgains employees and its associates (for ex. unsolicited unprofessional messages). 
  • Posting bad reviews either written/graphic/video on social media, with an intention to damage the reputation of the company. In such case, the company has made Grievance Redressal Process (as per SEBI RA compliance) for the benefit of users to follow the process in case of issues found with the services.
