Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Streetgains Technologies Private Limited is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000017082) operating under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. We provide research opinions, trade calls, model portfolios, and market intelligence — not investment advisory or fund management services.

Because our services are digital and research-based, access is provided immediately upon activation. All fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated or content has been delivered. This policy explains the limited exceptions and how to raise a request.

 

2. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued for:

•     Change of mind after subscription activation

•     Market losses, portfolio drawdowns, or underperformance of research calls

•     Non-utilization of subscribed services or unused credits within the active period

•     Disagreement with research views, methodology, or analyst opinions

•     Missed trades due to broker delays, slippage, or client's own execution issues.

•     Technical issues on the client's device, browser, or internet connection

•     Dissatisfaction arising from market volatility or macroeconomic conditions.

 

3. Credits-Based Subscriptions

Streetgains operates a credits-based model where credits are deducted only upon successful delivery of research calls. This design is inherently hold the research analyst accountable for generating acceptable research views, calls, recommendations and alerts which protects subscribers from unfair service expiry. Hence, all subscriptions are final and are non-refundable after wallet activation.

4. When a Refund May Be Considered

The Company may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund under the following limited circumstances:

a) Duplicate / Erroneous Payment

If you were charged twice due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full. Report within 7 days with both transaction IDs.

b) Service Never Activated

If payment was received but access was never provided and no content was delivered, a full refund will be processed after internal verification.

c) Platform Outage (Company-Side)

If a confirmed technical failure on Streetgains' platform prevented access for more than 7 consecutive days, a pro-rata refund for the outage period may be considered. Must be reported within 48 hours of the outage.

5. Deductions on Approved Refunds

All approved refunds are subject to the following deductions:

•     GST and applicable taxes (non-recoverable under law)

•     Payment gateway / transaction charges (passed through at actuals, typically 1.5%–3.5%)

•     Pro-rata amount for the service period already utilized.

•     This deduction doesn’t apply for the refunds issued as per MITC of the service agreement.

 

6. How to Submit a Refund Request

Subject line: REFUND REQUEST – [Your Name] – [Transaction ID]

 

Include the following:

•     Registered name and mobile number / email on file

•     Service subscribed to and date of payment.

•     Payment transaction ID and mode (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

•     Reason for request with supporting evidence (screenshots, bank statement)

•     Bank details for NEFT refund if original payment mode is unavailable.

 

7. Processing Timeline

•     Acknowledgement: within 2 business days

•     Internal review and decision: 7–14 business days

•     Refund processing (if approved): 5–7 business days from approval.

•     Credit to your account: 3–7 additional business days (bank/gateway dependent)

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Streetgains' total liability in any case is limited to the subscription fee paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for trading losses, investment losses, missed opportunities, slippage, emotional trading decisions, or any consequential or indirect damages of any kind.

Streetgains does not execute trades, manage client funds, or guarantee returns. We act solely as a research information provider.

 

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. The version published on www.streetgains.in is the current binding version. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
