On February 07, The Sensex ended 34.09 points lower at
72,152, while the Nifty closed 1.1 points higher at 21,930.50. Out of the total
stocks, 1,954 gained, 1,314 declined, and 63 remained unchanged.
US MARKETS
Worldwide stocks reached an over two-year high, with the S&P 500 setting a new record on Wednesday.
ASIAN MARKETS
Asian markets rose broadly as investors awaited China's inflation data and the Reserve Bank of India's interest rate decision.
OIL & GAS UPDATES:
Oil prices extended their gains for a third straight day on Wednesday, with Brent crude futures settling at $79.21 per barrel (up 0.79%), and U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude rising to $73.86 per barrel (up 0.75%).
