10. Free Trial Terms

  1. The free trial includes up to three trial sessions or an extension determined by Streetgains.
  2. Usage data during the free trial may be collected to evaluate engagement and improve services.
  3. You may cancel the free trial at any time before it ends to avoid subscription charges.
  4. Recommendations provided during the trial are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.

11. Consent to Contact

  1. By opting for the free trial, you consent to be contacted by Streetgains via:

    2. App notifications
    3. SMS

12. Service Termination

  1. You may discontinue services by providing written notice.
  2. However, this Agreement will continue to govern actions taken before termination.

13. Standard Warning

14. Disclaimer

  1. Registration with SEBI does not guarantee the performance of the Research Analyst or provide any assurance of returns.
  2. Streetgains is not responsible for individual investment decisions made based on our research.
