On May 03, The Nifty dropped 172 points (0.76%) from its peak to 22,476, while the Sensex ended at 73,878, down 733 points (0.98%) after swinging 1,627 points intraday.
US MARKETS
Nasdaq jumped 2%, S&P 500 surged 1.8%, and Dow Jones increased by 1.2%. Small caps also saw gains, with key indexes closing near or above their 50-day moving averages.
ASIAN MARKETS
Australia's stock index climbed after the S&P 500 posted a 1.3% gain on Friday.

Oil prices rose in early trading after Israel closed the Kerem Shalom humanitarian crossing into Gaza on Sunday, responding to a rocket barrage fired by Hamas
